We went to the Sunday morning session of conference with some of my cousins. It was soooo fabulous! The church is true, there is no doubt and we love being a part of it.
A week later, my grandparents graciously invited us to the Legacy of Life dinner. Typically, only the aunts and uncles are invited to the upscale event, but this year my parents couldn't go and sponsored us in their place. $150 dollars PER PLATE! It was amazing to see the incredible accomplishments of those being honored, including the one and only president Deiter F. UCHDORF! Not only did he give an exceptional acceptance speech, but upon departure we walked down the same hall and he personally said, "Thanks for coming. Have a good night!"right to us. Needless to say, we felt pretty special.
